We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our flexible direct-booking cancellation structure is designed to give you peace of mind while balancing our boutique property operations.
Standard Free Cancellation Window: Guests are entitled to free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to our standard check-in time (2:00 PM on the day of arrival).
Full Refund Processing: Cancellations made outside of this 24-hour window will receive a full refund of any advance reservation deposits processed during booking.
Late Cancellations & Stay Modifications: Any cancellation, booking modification, or reduction in stay duration requested within 24 hours of the check-in window will incur a penalty equivalent to the billing rate of one (1) night’s stay plus applicable taxes.
No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled check-in date without prior notification, it will be treated as a No-Show. The first night of the reservation will be billed in full, and the remainder of your booking timeline will be automatically released back into our active room inventory.
Children & Extra Bed Policies
Ello Hotels welcomes families across all six of our distinct room categories. Please review our occupancy rules to ensure a comfortable stay for your family.
Children Under 5 Years: Stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding layouts with parents or guardians.
Children Aged 5 to 12 Years: Are charged at 50% of the standard adult rate.
Children 12 Years and Above: Are categorized as adults for occupancy limits and are billed at the full standard adult rate.
Complimentary Infant Cots: Traveling with an infant? Complimentary cribs and baby cots can be provided free of charge. Please request an infant cot at the time of booking, as they are strictly subject to request and inventory availability.
Extra Beds & Rollaway Mattresses: Extra beds are available upon request, subject to category layout limits, overall availability, and separate daily additional charges.
