I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We booked 03 rooms for almost 20–25 days in April 2026 while we were on an official trip. Thereafter, we once again booked 02 rooms for 3 days in June 2026. We were so comfortable staying here for such a long period that we chose the same property every time.
The front office staff (in alphabetical order—Rizwana, Shruti, and Sneha) were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always willing to help, making the experience truly welcoming.
In addition, the service staff (in alphabetical order—Jaanu and Omega) were also helpful and kind. You can always ask them for breakfast recommendations.
The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options.
Overall, it's an excellent hotel that offers great service and comfort. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

Our stay at Ello Hotel Bangalore was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Every department—from the front desk to housekeeping and food & beverage—delivered top hospitality services
Well-appointed, clean, and spacious rooms equipped with every necessary amenity.
Incredibly friendly and attentive staff who genuinely care about the guest satisfaction.
A special mention goes to Mr. Karthik from the F&B team. He went above and beyond to ensure we were completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit.
Granbeii Rooftop Resto-Bar ambiance was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed their fantastic signature craft beers brewed right in their own in-house brewery.
Watching the IPL final eve here was an amazing, high-energy experience.
To top it all off, a huge thank you to the Ello Hotel Management for surprising me with a wonderful birthday celebration! They truly made my special day memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangalore!
