Welcome to Ello Hotels (ellohotels.com). By making a room reservation, accessing our website, or staying at our property, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before finalizing your booking.

1. Booking & Reservation Policy

  • Room Inventory: Ello Hotels operates as a 30-room boutique hotel property offering six unique room categories. Bookings are subject to category-specific availability at the time of reservation.
  • Direct Booking Advantages: Guests booking directly through our website are prioritized for room assignment preferences, optimal flexible rates, complimentary breakfast, and direct modification support.
  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete personal identifiers, contact details, and payment information when finalizing any transaction through our reservation engines.

2. Check-In & Check-Out Policies

  • Standard Timings: Standard check-in is permitted from 2:00 PM onwards. Standard check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
  • Identity Verification: In compliance with local law enforcement regulations in Bengaluru, all in-house guests must present a valid, government-issued photo ID card (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) upon physical check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid identity proof.
  • Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Requests for early check-in or late check-out are strictly subject to real-time room availability on the day of arrival/departure and may incur additional operational charges.

3. Cancellation, No-Show, & Modification Policy

  • Standard Free Cancellation Window: Guests are entitled to free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to the standard check-in time.
  • Late Cancellations: Any cancellations or booking modifications requested within 24 hours of the check-in window will incur a penalty equivalent to the billing rate of one night’s stay.
  • No-Show Policy: In the event of a guest no-show, the first night of the reservation will be billed in full, and the remainder of the booking timeline may be subject to cancellation.

4. Children & Extra Bed Policies

  • Child Rates: Children under the age of 5 stay free of charge when utilizing existing room bedding layouts. Children aged 5 to 12 years are billed at 50% of the standard adult rate.
  • Infant Cots: Complimentary cribs and baby cots can be provided free of charge, strictly subject to request and inventory availability.
  • Extra Beds: Rollaway or extra beds are available on request, subject to category layout limits, overall availability, and separate daily additional charges.

5. On-Site Rules & Property Policies

  • Strict Non-Smoking Mandate: All guest rooms, suites, and indoor common areas are strictly non-smoking. A dedicated professional deep-cleaning fee will be applied to the guest’s ledger for any violations of this policy.
  • Valet Parking: On-site valet parking is available exclusively for active, in-house guests during their stay timeframe.
  • Hotel Amenities: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hotel pre-premises. On-site dining options feature standard breakfast service running daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with dinner service open until late.

6. Liability & Jurisdiction

  • Guest Liability: Guests are held financially liable for any physical damage, breaks, or losses caused to hotel property or room assets during their stay timeline.
  • Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of hotel services or reservation frameworks fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
